Yesterday the kids that I watch and I sat down for an afternoon showing of Ratatouille. How can you watch Ratatouille without a light snack to save your mouth from drooling all over the French cuisine? POPCORN! But not that icky sticky buttery popcorn that is loaded in unhealthy fats, a light air popped popcorn with healthy fats made from olive oil. We stopped at Whole Foods and grabbed a bag of light popcorn. This popcorn was delicious, it was lightly seasoned and crunchy as ever! This popcorn is perfect for those who don’t have access to a air popper at home or in their dorm room. This is the kind of snack I can eat straight from the bag without over indulging.
