My Health & Fitness Goals

By 2012, I want to: 

-Run a non-stop 5K. 

-Stick with Insanity 

-Consciously form good habits, eg: 1. Sleep earlier, 2. Eat healthier, 3. Suck it up and workout. 

In 2012, my goal is to WIN running competitions and beat those who ever doubted me.

Long term goals: 

-Don’t stop with the healthy lifestyle. Keep going. 

-Earn my body.
